The Union of Arab countries is officially known as the League Of Arab States.It is a regional union. It includes north, northeast Africa and south west or middle east countries. Arab league is formed in Cairo on 22 nd February 1945 with 6 members and they are Egypt, Iraq,Transjodan (Now Jordan), Lebanon,Saudi Arabia and Syria. Currently Arab league Has 22 Members.The main goal is that
"draw closer the relations between member States and co-ordinate collaboration between them, to safeguard their independence and sovereignty, and to consider in a general way the affairs and interests of the Arab countries".The headquarters of Arab League is at Tahrir Square of Cairo the capital city of Egypt.
